My Core Values
- LOVE – A choice you make to treat others with care, respect, generosity, compassion, and humility. Being willing to give without receiving and seeking to live in honest accord with others (sometimes through resolving necessary dissonance). Ultimately, following through on God’s command to love one another as he loved us.
- INTEGRITY – Making reality conform to words and words conform to reality. Making right decisions and commitments with SINCERITY—the root of honor, reliability, goodness, and genuine character. Ultimately, following God’s word and will.
- JOY – A cheerful and content state of being and positive outlook on life that you maintain daily in spite of circumstances. Joy comes from trusting God’s promise that all things work for good and results in being thankful, knowing peace, finding cheer, having enthusiasm, experiencing delight, loving life, and laughing.
- GROWTH – Expanding, developing, and intensifying knowledge, awareness, and emotion. Growth eventually results in depth; DEPTH – of knowledge is wisdom; of emotion is passion; of character is strength; of pocketbook is prosperity; of religion is faith. Gives energy and life.
- FREEDOM – The capacity to exercise choice. Freedom of choice is an unavoidable responsibility to be treated with much value and respect—it is not an absence of responsibility with which to be careless—and therefore requires discipline and thought to be a wise steward of time, finances, and energy.
- BALANCE – to be appropriately whole by having the right amounts of the right things in life—spiritually, emotionally, physically, mentally, and financially.
- CREATIVITY – The art of using vision and imagination to inspire others or oneself to first look at things in a new way and second bring about that better new reality. Creativity is the source of originality; Copying success is re-creating wisely.
