I recently posted on Facebook a thought that helps me to stay focused on what’s most important to me…
Hold onto your goals lightly.
That post inspired someone to ask the questions.

I love when i have a ‘magnificent obsession’ burning inside of me. Holding onto a goal lightly and having a ‘magnificent obsession’ complement each other in a perfect way. In fact, i believe you can’t really have a ‘magnificent’ obsession without holding onto goals lightly.
Let’s start by clarifying what a Read More...

Medical research is providing additional warnings to smokers. A study in the publication Neurology reported that older adults who smoke face an increased risk of Alzheimer’s disease. In addition, worse mental health was also more likely in persons who smoke than in non-smokers.
Most people know that smoking cigarettes can cause lung cancer. However, smoking is also a risk factor for Alzheimer’s Read More...

Understanding the role that your talents and skills play in your career is foundational for your personal improvement.
In the realm of personal development, there is an incredible focus on working smarter not harder. While that is a concept that I have found incredibly valuable in countless scenarios in the past 20 years, I believe that it is only half of the equation.

At first, Eric and Roger weren’t sure how they would improve their client’s professional and personal lives or what service they would offer. What they did have was a tremendous conviction and a burning desire to help Read More...
