Good, better, best: never let it rest, �til your good it better and your better best.

If it is the weekend and I need to relax, I remind myself by saying: �No post on Sundays.�

When I am tackling a big project, I start the day telling myself to break it down in steps. For example, when I am writing a book, I say �A page a day is the key to success.�

I start my day with gratitude! I do this before I even get out of bed, before my feet hit the floor, I thank my bed for being so comfortable and allowing me to sleep in it, I thank my blanket for keeping me warm and cozy. I thank my house for keeping me safe and dry. Then I think about how my day is going to be like, or what I am going to accomplish.
