If you were to break down motivation to it’s most basic elements, it is made up of two things, internal and external motives.

Happy February! Last month, you hopefully spent some time planning your goals for the year. When you were dreaming and planning what you wanted to accomplish this year, you probably got pretty excited!
Now, in the second month of the year, the initial excitement and motivation you felt might have worn off. So, what do you do to keep yourself energized and motivated to reach your goals throughout the year?
