This person’s comment was something like “I just know that I need to be 100% committed to doing what needs to be done, including the little things. I feel like I’m about 95%, but I’m seeing that 100% is what’s necessary.”</p>
<p>I thought this was an astute observation. We then talked about an analogy in the realm of physical training that I believe you’d benefit from. Here goes.</p>

It was an amazing run on a cloudy September morning in Central Park. The entire night before it had rained and we prepared for a wet run, and luckily the rain stopped before the race started and held off until we were walking home afterwards but needless to say it was HUMID throughout the race.</p>
<p>And for anyone who hasn’t been to Central Park it is a lot hillier than you might think, I don’t remember many flat stretches on the entire run. <p>So, I was amusing myself yesterday on my drive home from a sales call (I was up at 5:00 to get there on time which will explain the following wackiness) and I was contemplating what would be the components of the ultimate &#8220;guy&#8221; movie. (Trust me, I will tie this all together in the end.) </p>
<p>I found the components easy to list: Ninjas, a bank heist, monkeys, Clint Eastwood, the cast of Monty Python, Eddie Murphy (Beverly Hills Cop Eddie, not Dr. Doolittle Eddie), KIT from Nightrider, Teen Wolf, the cast of Oceans 11, a motorcycle gang with mullets, pirates, Mickey Rooney, Alec Baldwin, and Spuds McKenzie, with the Soundtrack written and performed by Metallica and 2PAC <a href='http://www.deliverfreedom.com:/blog/performance-check-up/' rel="nofollow">Read More...</a></p>]]></description>

<p>1. you can post great comments for everyone, and</p>
