A Personal Chinese Farmer Parable

Watching a movie, we can see people fight battles, travel through time, realize they are married to a spy, etc. However, all along, we know they are just stories. We enjoy the emotion they bring for a couple of hours; if they’re really good they get us thinking, we learn something, and then we continue on with our own life.

Perception: Good Luck – Bad Luck – Who Knows

Do you ever judge people? I know for me, there have been many times when I have judged my clients for not buying, my contact for blowing off my call, my colleagues for doing something I didn’t agree with, my spouse for not doing something I wanted, my kids for throwing their food, myself for many things…I have found that it’s not very helpful.
